Carlisle's line of American-made powersports tires are popular with ATV/UTV enthusiasts around the globe. This season Carlisle Transportation Products sponsored one of Mexico’s largest ATV rides, the Ruta Vallarta Rallie 2012 on Sept. 5-8, attracting thousands of powersports enthusiasts from all over Mexico, Canada and the USA. The 350 mile ride, marked by intense rain, mud, rocks and beautiful ecosystems, launched from Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico, ending in scenic Puerto Vallarta. The event was covered by leading off road magazines with television coverage by a number of specialty television production networks for the Americas. Carlisle has sponsored MotoclubTT and Ruta Vallarta for seven consecutive years through TBC de Mexico, a key Carlisle Distributor in Mexico.
Sporting Carlisle powersports team jerseys, a group of 20 Carlisle dealers from Mexico participated in the ride, promoting Carlisle tires and Black Rock Wheels while testing products in the field. In appreciation for sponsorship involvement as a manufacturer, the event organizing committee presented Carlisle with an award.
