New LinkSport Golf Tire Launch Announced

Franklin (Nashville), Tennessee - Carlisle Transportation Products (Carlisle Tire) announced the release of a new, advanced design golf tire, the Carlisle LinkSport. Featuring a larger tread contact area for reduced tire marking and damage to turf surfaces, the tire was developed by Carlisle's Outdoor Power Equipment R&D Team. The progressive interlocking matrix tread design offers reduced turf marking and favorable rolling resistance, with improved weight and pressure distribution over conventional golf tire offerings. LinkSport construction, which employs Carlisle's extended wear rubber compounding, meets or exceeds OEM test requirements for stability, traction and durability.
